Uses
Use EELS to determine what elements compose your sample, where those elements are located, how much is contained in the sample, and, in many cases, the chemical state of that element. Also, learn about a wealth of other physical properties and unique image contrast effects that can be derived from the EELS signal.
How To
Detailed instructions on how to use EELS to analyze your sample, including getting started, spectroscopy, quantification, spectrum imaging, advanced techniques, and information pertaining to specific scripting and software for your analysis.
EELS Atlas
The EELS Atlas allows you to search for your EELS edges by energy, element name, or number, or simply choose the element from the periodic table. Once you find the specific edge you are looking for, you can download example data in *.dm3 or *.msa format to help you in your experiments and analysis.
